Customer sent in her old diamond bracelet and ring with blue sapphire & diamonds which she doesn't wear it anymore, and gave it a thought to use it to make into a new piece of jewelry.

11 pieces of small diamonds with the setting basket is cut & removed from the bracelet, and the blue sapphire & diamonds setting is cut & removed from the old ring. A gold base plate is constructed to soldering all the parts together and transform it into the design of this unique piece of cross pendant.

Customer is very delighted and thrilled with this cross pendant that she can now wear it everyday.

Customer sent in this sentimental value ring for modification, to remove existing center pearl setting, at the same time to remove the diamond from another setting to set onto this ring. The modification work has to be done by constructing a new gold center base prior to soldering a white gold diamond setting basket and set in the diamond. The ring is finally buffed up and polished to it luster shine like a new ring with engraving on the inside of the ring as per customer requirement.

This gorgeous and beautiful 14k white gold diamond ring with one Karat center blue diamond which customer sent in for up sizing. The ring is solid and heavy with thick and wide shank. The bottom shank is cut open and 2 pieces of gold segment is inserted into it side by side, just like working on 2 rings at the same time. The shank is then soldered, smoothing the surface, cleaned and polished to a brilliant shine like a new ring.

Customer is very pleased with the ring sizing service as the ring is ready for pick up on the same day.

Shown below, a customer brought in a 14k gold ring with a loose London blue topaz which she wanted to set onto this old sentimental ring. The modifications had to be done by cutting off and removing the top round shape setting, filing and smoothing the surface, soldering a new 14k heart shape basket setting onto the ring, and finally setting in this colorful blue topaz. It turned into a completely different beautiful ring.

This is a Tissot Seastar automatic watch which customer sent in for service, as the moisture got into the watch. The watch is completely dismantled for a thoroughly cleaning, lubed & serviced, and replaced with new plastic crystal (as the existing crystal has a crack on the side) with new O-ring & gaskets. The watch is running great after the service.

Below shows an 8 day American gingerbread clock with a worn out pivot hole. A special cutting and tapping tool is attached to the clock movement, cutting out worn out hole, tapping a screw thread, and screw in a new bushing. The movement is then cleaned, lubed and the clock is up running again and keeping time.

This is a home service of 9 tubular chime grandfather clock made in England in the early 20th century over 100 years old. The clock case is made of mahogany. The clock is 8 foot 3 tall with 2 music chime & strike. It has a very beautiful dial face with warm color of hand painted moon phase and a Nautica scene.

Home service involve 2 trips services. 1st trip to remove the clock movement & it mechanism including pendulum, 3 weights out from the clockcase and bring it back to store for servicing. 2nd trip to installing it back into the clockcase and setting up . The clock is running great and keeping time after the service.
